How to make a free site for link lists.

I am HQ Porn Links link list owner and every day I review a great amount of sites. I noticed that webmasters usually make the same mistakes. As a result their sites are not listed in link lists and they just waste their time. In this article I’d like to analyze the most common mistakes and give my comments.

1)      The most important thing, that a link list reviewer takes into consideration is content. Content must be on the same domain as your site. There should be naked models on every free site. If you have only bikini models without any nudity, the majority of LLs won’t list your site. But some do list your site as long as they have a bikini or lingerie type category. The content should be of proper quality, not overused and be appropriate  for a certain niche. It’s quite enough to have 2 –3 galleries (10-15 pictures in every gallery) in your free site. Sponsors’ free content is very overused as a rule so I don’t recommend using it on your free sites. However some link lists will list your free sites  with such content. If you are a good affiliate some sponsors can give  you free content personally as a rule this content is not so overused. Some content-providers have sales when you can buy a lot of content for a little sum of money – this content is quite appropriate for LL listing.

2)      Non-standard site navigation is not a plus for your site. In the long history of adult business development some rules were formed concerning the structure of free sites. In any case, a free site should have a clear navigation making the process of getting to the gallery for the surfer rather simple.

-         A free site must have a warning page with a notice that this site should not be visited  by  underage persons or people who have other reasons why they cannot visit this site. You should also place LLs’ recip links on the warning page, about 6-8 recips. You can also place one or two small advertising blocks  on the warning  page. A link to the main page should be noticeable and look like "ENTER" or "ENTER HERE". Some webmasters make it look like sponsor’s advertising as a result their sites are not listed.

-         The main page should have 2 – 3 small advertising blocks and links to your galleries. Links to the galleries should be well observed on the page and look like “Gallery 1”.

-         The rules for free site galleries are nearly the same as those for TGP galleries. 2 –3 small advertising blocks, big and quality thumbnails (at least 120 pix on the long side.), thumbnails should be linked right to the pictures not to html pages.

-         Don’t use javascripts to hide real link addresses (codes).

-         Horizontal pan is not a plus your site.

-         No blind links.

-         Many LLs don’t list sites which contain phrases such as "Young Girls" because it implied underage content

-         No javascripts, especially with mistakes.

-         No pop-up, although some LLs (very few) allow you to use one exit pop-up.

-         Many LLs have a rule that all links should be opened in the same window.

3)      If you have not placed LL’s recip link or placed it in a wrong way your site probably won’t be listed. LLs give you traffic and help you to improve your positions  in SE, therefore you should place their recips as they request. For example, if LL’s recip is a button don’t resize or squeeze it. The majority of LLs have a number of recip links for niche sites and one of the most common mistakes is when webmasters use a recip for the other niche, e.g. when you use a gay site recip for a mature free site. If you are too lazy to use niche recips, use a general recip which you can find in LL recip list. A table with recips should be placed above the link “ENTER” which leads to the main page. You can use tag “alt” with recip buttons. Write there something like " Free Porn Links” or “Quality Porn Links” etc. this will add more text to your page and help with SE popularity rank.

4)      The time when LLs listed sites with free hosting has passed. To submit  your site use a paid hosting or sponsor’s hosting (where you can  advertise only his sites). If it’s sponsor’s free hosting, it’s better to connect your domain to it so you will be able to  move your sites if something happens with a sponsor. Your site listing also depends on hosting speed.

5)      When submitting your site, fill in all fields, such as "Title" and "Description", correctly. Title – site name (3 –4 words), description – e.g. “Beautiful, large breasted woman posing nude outdoors”. It’s advisable but not necessary to use niche words in title and description. If you are too lazy to write a good description and title, or have not written them according to the guidelines, you are adding extra work for the reviewer. As a result, you site may get a lower listing, or not be listed at all. If there are no guidelines listed for the title, or description, maybe you could look at the sites already listed to get an idea of what the reviewer likes. When submitting sites, always use the same name. The reviewer will get to know your work, and if you consistently submit good sites, this could help with your listings.

6)    Check your sites completely before submitting. A frequent reason for being declined is "Links or images not working properly".

7)    Read a LL's rules very carefully. Some of them have rather specific rules, e.g. "No more than 3 outgoing links on a page".

8)    Advertise only those sponsors which work in legal niches.

Good luck in your business!
